By creating an account on PolyPesa you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you will use the platform lawfully.

Your account

One account per person. Keep your password private — you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, multiple sign-ups or bonus manipulation.

Predictions

Once placed, a prediction cannot be cancelled. Prices and payouts are fixed at the moment your trade is accepted. Markets resolve according to the rules shown on each market page; our resolution is final.

Deposits & withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are made through M-Pesa to the number registered on your account. Withdrawals may be reviewed before being sent. Bonuses are promotional and may carry conditions.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
